Central Bank of Egypt issued controls in the area of governance aimed at the development of the banking system and maintaining its integrity through the banks applying international best practices, and in light of the demonstrated crises successive final of the need to strengthen governance systems and internal control in banks and strengthening the role of internal audit , where the bank has committed these controls establish or develop their governance systems and commensurate with the size and complexity of its business and its policies
